This time around of the year IвЂ™m in search of fast, delicious and nutritionally beneficial dinners that could be put together effortlessly. Pies, stews and curries are a few of my favourites. I like seafood pies, but always feel just like theyвЂ™ll simply just just take a long time to prepare and include steps that are too many from planning mashed potato to performing a roux and cooking the seafood.
This one-pot gratin/pie hybrid is the greatest of both globes. The smoked haddock gently cooks within the cream, flavouring the whole gratin.
